階段を登った瞬間に、蕎麦を湯掻いている良い香りが漂ってきます。
本日は、期間限定の春菊と桜エビのかき揚げの十割蕎麦を大盛りでいただきました。

最初の一口は塩でいただきました。
嫁さんが注文した二八蕎麦と食べくらべしてみましたが、やはり十割蕎麦のほうが蕎麦の香りが強くて好みです。
十割蕎麦というと、もっとポロポロした食感だと思いきや、こちらの蕎麦はしっかりコシがあり、喉越しも最高です。
かき揚げは、笑ってしまうほど厚みがあり、ボリューム満点です。
口にすると、桜エビの香りが心地よく鼻に抜けてきます。
嫁さんが頼んだ天ぷら五種盛りは、注文ごとに揚げてくれて、熱々でカラッと仕上がっていて美味しかったです。

大阪で、こんなに美味しい蕎麦を食べるのは初めてかな。
