奈良県に住んでいる自分は蕎麦が大好きで県内の評判の高いいろんなお蕎麦屋さんのみならず近隣県のお蕎麦屋さんにも車やオートバイで長年足を運んで来ました。自称蕎麦通です。県内にも東部山間に蕎麦畑を作って美味しい蕎麦を打つ店や、どちらかの星をいただいているお店も有りました。先日偶然に河内地方のとある道の駅に立ち寄った折に置いてあった十割蕎麦を買って帰ったところ、物凄く美味でした。早速そのお蕎麦屋を出しているお店に予約を取り、本日夫婦で食べにいきました。
絶妙です!!蕎麦通の私と家内が今まで試したお蕎麦屋さんの中で一番でした。どこかの星ランクを選定する方に推薦したい‼️と思いますが、そうなると普通に食べに行けなくなるので困りますが、最高に美味しかったです。ご主人さん、フロア担当のお姉さん(奥様?)の笑顔のご対応も最高でした‼️さらに天ぷらがめっ〜ちゃ最高‼️十割蕎麦も最高‼️ お店の雰囲気も、え?!高級イタメシ?!っていうお店も最高でした。お蕎麦好きな知り合いにはこのお店が一番やでって推薦しようと家内共々言っています。本当に美味しかったです。

本日は、期間限定の春菊と桜エビのかき揚げの十割蕎麦を大盛りでいただきました。

北の方が天気が悪そうだったので、南下することに。気になっていた うら田さんに、バイクタンデムで行ってました。
開店15分前に着きましたが、一番乗りでした。

駐車場は、店前に数台分有るようですが、土日限定みたいです。
店舗は二階で、シックな雰囲気と心地よい音楽が、流れていました。

席は、4人掛けのテーブルが6卓と、カウンター席8席程でした。

十割のざるそばを、各々と、天ぷら5種盛りを、シェアして頂きました。

そばは、しっかり香りの良いものでした。さらっとした食感でした。お出汁は甘めの軽いものでした。
薬味は、わさび、ネギ、塩で、まずは塩、次に塩とわさび、お出汁とあじへんして頂きました。

天ぷらは、マイタケ、エビ、なす、ごぼう、菜の花?でした。なすとマイタケはとても美味しかったです。

最後の蕎麦湯は、甘めのお出汁と、相まって、おいしかったです。

Since the weather looked bad to the north, we decided to head south. We went to Urata, a place I'd been curious about, on a motorcycle tandem ride.

We arrived 15 minutes before opening, and were the first customers.

There seems to be parking for a few cars in front of the shop, but it appears to be limited to weekends.

The shop is on the second floor, with a chic atmosphere and pleasant music playing.

There were six four-seater tables and about eight counter seats.

We each ordered 100% buckwheat soba noodles and shared a five-piece tempura platter.

The soba noodles had a wonderful aroma and a light texture. The broth was slightly sweet and light.

The condiments were wasabi, green onions, and salt. We tried it with salt first, then salt and wasabi, and finally with the broth, changing the flavor each time.


The tempura consisted of maitake mushrooms, shrimp, eggplant, burdock root, and rapeseed blossoms. The eggplant and maitake were especially delicious.
